3. Orders

3.3 We may withdraw from a contract in case of obvious errors in product listing.
3.4 You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details.

4. Price

4.1 Prices are those listed on our Website at the time of order.
4.2 If prices increase before delivery, we will notify you for confirmation. If not accepted, the order may be canceled.
4.3 Prices exclude postage, packaging, and insurance, which are shown at checkout.
4.4 All prices include applicable VAT.

5. Payment

5.1 By submitting payment details, you confirm:

5.2 If payment cannot be processed, we may cancel or suspend your order.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is made to the address provided in your order. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate.
6.2 We aim to deliver within agreed timescales (or within 30 days). Delays outside our control may occur.
6.3 Multiple orders may be delivered in installments. Each delivery forms a separate contract.
6.4 Our liability for failed deliveries is limited to the value of the affected Goods plus reasonable delivery/return costs.

7. Risk and Ownership

7.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
7.2 Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received. Goods are not for resale.

8. Warranties and Liability

8.1 These Terms do not affect manufacturer warranties.
8.2 You have statutory rights regarding defective Goods.
8.3 Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery or discovery of a defect.
8.4 For valid claims, you may receive a refund or replacement.
8.5 Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we are not liable for unforeseeable losses, indirect damages, or losses caused by third parties.

9. Right to Cancel

9.1 You have 14 days from receipt of Goods to cancel your order and return the Goods at your expense for a full refund.
9.2 Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
9.3 Personalized or custom-made Goods cannot be canceled.
9.4 If we supply substitute Goods, we will cover the return cost if you cancel.

10. Communications

10.1 Email communications are deemed sent once they leave the sender’s system and received once accessible in the recipient’s system.
10.2 Keep copies of all correspondence for your records.

11. General

11.1 Postal communications are deemed received within 3–5 days depending on class of service.
11.2 If any clause is invalid, the remainder of these Terms remains enforceable.
11.3 No third party shall benefit from these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
